Exchanges can be made on other item(s) There is the option to receive a store credit in accordance with the following terms:

-Exchanges are processed when items are returned within 7 business days after the package was delivered

-No guarantee sold out items will be restocked; however Out of stock items will be given store credit.

-Once the returned item is received, the new item will be shipped

Merchandise must have original tags attached, Unworn and without damages. Return shipping labels are not provided, if original order received free shipping, A shipping charge will be incurred on the exchanged item and the invoice will be sent to you via email prior to shipment from our location (Excluding those who paid for shipping)

*Notification must be made within 48 hours after delivery of your package if there are any manufacturer defects and/or an item was received broken. If notification is not made within this time request will be denied.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping cost are the customer's responsibility. A reshipping fee will be charged at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
